We acted for Capital Radio Limited in HCCS No.350 of 2005; Capital Radio Limited Versus FM Holdings, Registrar of Trademarks and URSB wherein Court passed Judgment and ordered that the first defendant’s trademark be expunged from the Registry of Trademarks. A permanent injunction was issued against the first defendant and its agents from using the name Kiss FM.
We are currently advising on the ongoing registration and renewal of intellectual property Trademarks such as Kiss fm, Beat 96.3 Ekiguunda kya Kampala, Mokash, 2SIM, OUR SCHOOL, AIRTEL among others.
