About Benjamin Kaddu

Benjamin is an associate at Lex Uganda Advocates and Solicitors. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Uganda Christian University (cum laude) & a post graduate diploma in Legal practice from the Law Development Centre.

Benjamin has advised on a number of Commercial transactions with a main focus on mergers and acquisitions, procurement and Corporate financing.
